A Needful Break

It’s a quiet morning on the farm, sunny, hot, with the lazy, sultry feel that comes after a bit of rain.

After spending 15 hours a day finishing my book, I am utterly exhausted. I’m spending the next few days resting so I can get back to normal life again without getting sick. I’m looking forward to naps, movies, good books, and lovely, simple things to eat.

I will be back on Monday and wish you all a beautiful weekend. XO

Building Good Work into My Life » Rambling Tart - […] Slowly but surely I’m getting back into a routine that feels good. Writing the history book was all-consuming the last few months, numerous delays causing a backlog of other projects. Now I’m playing catch-up while trying to make time for needful rest. […]
