Rambling Tart

Hello! :-) I'm so glad you stopped by RamblingTart.

My name is Krista and I'm a 30-something Danish-Canadian lass. I have been traveling and exploring for 18 years and love every crazy, amazing, embarrassing, wonderful moment. I've lived in Canada, Russia and Portugal and now make my home in beautiful Washington State, saving my pennies for my next trip.

I am a simple girl at heart, equally happy sitting around a campfire roasting marshmallows or digging in to a 5-course dinner at a Parisian hotspot. I love old books, classic movies, Bing Crosby, and going treasure hunting in thrift stores. I grew up hiking, traveling, and cooking with my folks and three brothers, and they're still my top three favorite activities.
