i am a shameless ‘net’ wanderer; and literally stumbled onto your post. how wonderful – a broccoli and cheddar quiche. and… tonight is my turn in the kitchen. alas, my pie pan has been co-opted for a science experiment (my wife is a 6th grade teacher). borrowing from your blog name, ‘rambling tart’, a savory broccoli and cheddar tart will be an excellent substitute. i have an easy, foolproof pat in the pan dough recipe that will shave a good chunk of time spent in the kitchen; and, i think i’ll keep the broccoli florets whole. thanks for being on the road to somewhere. your blog is great.
